It is crucial to make sure that the project you are embarking on is a good match for me before we discuss available appointments and accept deposits.
The design process:

Once your appointments are secured into my diary, I or my PA will contact you to discuss your final ideas via phone, email or we will arrange a personal consultation. or use your first appointment as a prep/tattoo session.

Sometimes there may be instances where I will want your creative input when coming to designing your project. this will be done during your appointment.

If you have any special requests regarding your design, please feel free to let me know and I will try my hardest to accommodate you.

I will often prepare a rough draft prior your appointment using your reference images. If for whatever reason you Don't like my rough draft - You can sit and brainstorm with me during your tattoo session and have whatever creative input you like! EASY!....however, this will come out of your tattoo time and will be charged as part of your session at the usual rate.

NO DESIGNS WILL BE SENT OUT PRIOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

For more larger complex projects, I may need you to spend a few hours with me on your first session working on the design so we know were both on the same page creatively.

You have me from 10.00-7pm during your appointment, any additional work/time is subject to additional charges at my usual rate.
Sessions and pricing:

Large projects like full sleeves typically take 5-7 sessions - depending on the complexity and size of the design.

Full back pieces and leg sleeves can take up to 10-12 sessions, again this is dependant. It might be less it might be more.

Being an artist, I will NEVER favour quantity over quality. It takes as long as it. takes. If this is a problem for you, I ain't the artist for you.

Day rates, half day rates and hourly rates will be discussed upon booking your appointment.

Plan your sessions accordingly. Price increases are planned accordingly to demand on my end. Every client is subject to a price increase at some point.
Appointment:

Your appointment starts at 10.30am.

Please contact us prior your appointment if you plan to bring a visitor with you to your appointment.

Do not drink alcohol for a couple days prior your appointment - this can affect the tattoo process.

Please come to your appointment well rested. Eat breakfast, stay hydrated and have a good sleep the night prior your appointment.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing - it may be a long day. If you're getting a upper arm tattoo - think tank top. If you're getting a leg tattoo - think shorts.

Bring food, water and snacks with you to your appointment. this can help you stay fuelled. there is a fridge and microwave in the studio you can use if needed.

There is food shops nearby the studio.

There is free parking nearby the studio.

If you're late, you must inform us via email ASAP. If you're more than 30 minutes late without notification, your appointment will be cancelled without any refund. A new deposit will be required to secure further appointments

If you do not show for your appointment - you will lose your deposit and will no longer work together.
Payments and Deposits:

Payments for your appointment are due at the end of your appointment.

We only accept cash or bank transfer - However bank transfer MUST be paid at the beginning of your appointment.

A £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! The deposit can be paid via cash or bank transfer.

The deposit is used to secure your appointments. Your deposit will be taken off the final price of your daily sessions.

All deposits will be verified and confirmed on our end upon receiving payment.

If you need to change the date of your appointment, you must let us know at least 7-10 days prior your appointment. A new deposit is required if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days or less notice. THIS IS TO SAFEGUARD THE STUDIOS OUTGOINGS.

In paying your deposit, you agree to the entire info on this page and agree that the deposit cannot be refunded whatsoever.

It is essential to include images when submitting your booking form, without this your submission may not be successful.

We respond to every booking form as soon as possible, but we receive high volumes of requests. please be patient and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
