Typically your appointment will start at 10.30am until around 7pm. Again, this is subjective as some pieces may take longer than others. Arrive to your appointment early or on time so Leon can discuss your design and any changes that may need to be done.

Yes, a £100 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit is non-refundable, this is to safeguard the studio. Your deposit can be paid via bank transfer or in cash and will come off the final price of your appointment balance.
Can I book a friend or family member in for an appointment before their 18th birthday?
Unfortunately not, the studio would feel that it would be more appropriate if the potential client would book their appointments when at the legal age to get tattooed.
How much do you charge?
Leon charges hourly, a half day rate and a full day rate. Half day sittings and full day sittings are a set price. Prices may vary and will be discussed with you upon booking your appointment.
How much is a sleeve and how long does it take?
All projects are different as it all depends on the imagery involved within the design, the size of the subject, the location of the tattoo. Typically, a sleeve can take between 5-7 full days (again this is subjective). This applies to all large scale projects.
How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment please contact the studio through the APPOINTMENT section and complete the booking request form at the bottom of the page. Leon or the studio manager will then contact you via email or phone within 24-72 hours upon receiving your enquiry.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is currently cash only on the arrival of your appointment. Your outstanding balance will be discussed via email or phone prior your appointment.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Yes, but please bear in mind space is limited and no members of your party may sit within the tattoo vicinity during the tattoo process. This is to promote clean practices. The studio has sofas around the shop along with TVs to make your guests comfortable throughout the day.
How can I prepare prior to getting tattooed?
Turning up to your appointment well fed and well rested is always a good idea. Please try and avoid the gym prior to getting tattooed. Avoid numbing cream of all kinds - unless Leon has approved a specific numbing cream prior to arrival, as some creams can burn the skin. Do not drink any alcohol the night before or the day of your appointment, this can affect the tattoo process. Avoid coming to your appointment sunburnt, Leon will not tattoo sunburnt skin – sunburn can affect the healing process and the outcome of your tattoo.

PLEASE DO NOT SHAVE THE BODYPART YOU ARE GETTING TATTOOED PRIOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

You can bring food and drink to your appointment, sugary drinks help keep your energy levels high, also drink water to stay hydrated.
Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing – think of sitting in the same place for 8-12 hours. Feel free to bring a book, headphones, iPad etc. there is also entertainment in the studio for you whilst getting tattooed. Come clean to your appointment, wearing clean clothes and deodorant.

What time is my lunch break and how often do we take breaks?
Typically lunch is around 12-2pm depending on what time you get started tattooing. However, Leon is pretty flexible if you want your lunch earlier or later and you can take as many breaks as you like. Smoking is forbidden in the studio, but you can smoke outside if you need cigarette breaks. Vape machines are allowed inside.
Is there anywhere nearby the studio for food and drink?
Yes, there is a local deli just a few doors from the studio, there is also a convenience store just down the road. You can also bring food and drink to your appointment. The studio has a fridge, microwave and kettle if needed. Make yourself at home!
Is there a cash machine near the studio?
Yes, there is a cash machine at the local convenience store however we would recommend coming to your appointment with your balance ready as we cannot guarantee the cash machine is working 100% of the time.
Is there parking near by the studio?
Yes, there is FREE parking at the front, side and rear of the studio.
Do you do cover ups?
Generally, no. However, if the cover up is something small, Leon will assess if he can blend/cover it into an ongoing project. He will work around that issue after discussing several options with you directly.
Do you finish other artists work?
Generally, no. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances where the original artist CANNOT complete the original tattoo. This however is a rare circumstance. Leon feels completing another artist’s work is a sign of disrespect to the original artist.
How do I look after my tattoo after my appointment?
First and foremost, once you leave the studio the responsibility is all yours regarding your aftercare. Aftercare will be discussed by Leon with you during your tattoo process.
Will Leon send me the design prior to my appointment?
Generally, No. All the design work and research are done prior to your appointment. Leon will have a discussion with you via email or phone regarding your ideas 1-2 weeks before your appointment. Once Leon has all the details and main concepts of your idea, he will put his creative input into the design to help the flow and fit of the location of the tattoo. This process is typically done the morning of your appointment. Any changes to your design can be done during your appointment hassle free! However, this CAN take time out of your tattoo time.
Do you have a cancellation list, if so can I be put on the list?
Unfortunately, Leon no longer keeps a cancellation list. If there are any cancellations they will be posted on Leon's social media platforms. More than likely customers with ongoing large scale work tend to get offered cancellations as they’ve waited for previous appointments and paid deposits. This process makes it fair on long term customers. However, there may be times Leon will work one of his days off and you may be able to jump the queue which will also be advertised on his social media platforms.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell vouchers at this time, however this is something we are looking into for the future.
Can I book an appointment for my friend or family member?
Yes, granted you have all the necessary information Leon requires to go through the design process. Location and any ideas are essential along with a deposit to secure the appointment.
